 | This is an Argentinian prototype bass made of all Argentinian woods and the first one of its kind in the country. It is a well-constructed and nice-sounding instrument but the finish needed a little help. Louis brought it to me to restore. The old spray finish was scraped off down to the wood, then primed yellow and colored to achieve an antique appearance. I also made a new nut for it, recut the bridge, thinned out the neck a little, and made a post out of some old spruce. You can tell by the picture Louis is very happy with his bass.
